CARTERET COUNTY, N.C. (February 19, 2025) – Due to overnight precipitation and falling temperatures below freezing in parts of Carteret County, the Carteret County Area Transportation System (CCATS) will operate on a modified schedule Thursday, February 20, 2025.
CCATS will begin picking up clients at 9 a.m. and will operate during normal hours until 6 p.m., weather permitting. Residents with early morning appointments are encouraged to contact CCATS at (252) 240-1043 to reschedule their trips as needed.
