Addressing Opioid Crisis and Enhancing Behavioral Health Services in Carteret County

CARTERET COUNTY, NC (March 19, 2024) – The Carteret County Board of Commissioners has recently approved a groundbreaking partnership with Integrated Care of Greater Hickory (ICGH) Treatment Centers, a reputable entity with a proven track record in behavioral health services. ICGH, known for its integrated approach to recovery, is extending its services to Carteret County with a new location in Sea Level, NC.

What: County officials will announce a strategic partnership with ICGH to combat the opioid and behavioral health crisis. This collaboration promises Carteret County residents comprehensive, streamlined, and efficient care, demonstrating the county’s commitment to community well-being.
